RETURN CONDITIONS AND RULES

You can return the product(s) you have purchased within fifteen days without stating any reason and without paying any penalty. The right of withdrawal period begins on the day you or the third party you designate receive the product(s). The request for return must be notified to the email address info@maestroitaly.com. The product(s) you want to return must be sent back with its invoice. The original box and packaging of the product(s) to be returned must be undamaged. Products without packaging or products that have lost their resaleability will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. Our labels on the product are important for determining that the product belongs to the order to be returned. Therefore, the product label must not be damaged in order for the return to be accepted, except for the part that shows the price. You must also send the invoice and the shipping note along with the product you want to return. If the product has been sent to you as defective by our company, the shipping cost will be covered by us. In other cases, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature and disposable products cannot be returned. If the product has been invoiced on behalf of a company, a return invoice must be issued by the relevant company for the product.

THE DOCUMENTS TO BE PRESENTED DURING DELIVERY

As per the rules and principles regarding security measures for postal shipments approved by the Information Technologies and Communication Authority's decision numbered 2016/DK-YED/517 dated 27/12/2016, a new rule has been implemented for accepting shipments. Therefore, when receiving your products from the courier or store personnel, you will need to present your driver's license, ID card, or passport as identification.
