Jewelry Care Guide
To maintain the brilliance of your jewelry, learn below the care instructions for precious metals, silver, gold-plated items, gemstones, and Swarovski crystals, and what to avoid:
Care and Cleaning of Your Jewelry and Accessories
● To maintain the durability and high quality of your jewelry and accessories, especially when swimming in the sea or chlorinated swimming pools, taking a shower, engaging in heavy exercise, or participating in water activities, remove your jewelry and accessories.
● Swarovski crystals may be vulnerable to dirt and chipping. Settings may loosen over time.
● Avoid spraying perfume, creams, or other liquids directly onto your jewelry.
● Keep your jewelry and accessories away from extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
● Avoid wearing jewelry and accessories while using bleach, cleaning products, and other chemicals.
● We recommend using a soft cloth to keep your jewelry looking shiny and to remove accumulated dirt and early tarnish. Rub the piece in one direction instead of circular motions.
● Avoid hot water, harsh chemicals, and cleaners at all times. Clean your crystals and gemstones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing.
● Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean crystals and gemstones as they can cause scratches.
How should you store your jewelry and accessories?
● We strongly recommend storing your jewelry and accessories in the original branded packaging or in another suitable lined box or soft pouch, and if you live in a humid climate, placing a small packet of desiccant crystals inside the packaging.
● Store your jewelry and accessories separately, ideally in a way that they won't rub against each other or tangle.
How to Prevent Tarnishing?
● Our entire Silver product range is coated with an anti-tarnish solution to help prevent tarnishing, but this may wear off over time.
● Silver tarnishes quickly when exposed to certain substances in our daily life, so we recommend taking care of your jewelry as mentioned above, including wearing and storing them properly.
